Depending on the service you require, you may come across a various combination of the freindly faces at Niche, made up of our Office Team and Cleaning Team.
Our office team is comprised of our directors and assistant manager, who can be contacted during normal office hours. They are here to organise the staff, undertake daily office duties and manage all of our customer enquiries and calls.

Vanessa lives in Beverley with her husband Gavin, they have been married for 34 years. She has a son called David, she is Annettes Mother in Law! She started a career in nursing but realised she was better at business and has worked in business ever since. Vanessa enjoys running, going to her holiday cottage and spending time with family and friends. Something nobody knows about her is that she claims to have never been drunk.
Annette lives in Beverley with her husband David and 2 children Grace and Amelia. Worked in the care industry as an area supervisor for a community care company. Joined the business in 2016 as manager, was appointed director in 2023. Annette enjoys spending time with her friends, going on holiday, running and shopping. Something that nobody knows about her is that eggs and teeth freak her out.
Kirsty lives in Market Weighton, partner is Carl, 2 children Chloe and Adam both grown up. Used to work in care settings, came to the business in 2010 as a cleaning assistant, started to work on admin in the office in 2017 alongside her cleaning, came into the office full time in 2019 and is now assistant manager. Kirsty enjoys socialising with friends, traveling, and keeping the office entertained by singing and dancing. Something no body knows about her is she used to eat tuna sandwiches and ice cream together!
Our Cleaning Team
We have a very loyal and dedicated cleaning team, which currently consists of 16 staff. They are all are fully trained and insured and many have more than 10 years’ service in the cleaning industry.
For safety and efficiency we send more than one member of staff to your premises. We also find that this cuts down the time staff are in your home or workplace and keeps the inconvenience to a minimum. However, we adapt our staff to suit the job requirements and sometimes only one member of the team is required and on occasion a team of more than 2 will be sent.
Bev has worked for us for 18 months, she forms part of our Hull team, providing consistently high standard cleaning to any end of tenancy, communal areas for Houses of Multiple Occupancy and holiday accommodation. Although Bev forms part of the Hull team, her flexible and reliable approach to work means she is quite often seen in the East Riding area delivering the same standards.
Donna has worked for us for 11 years, she is a firm favourite with our older customers due to her bubbly personality, caring nature and patience. Her attention to detail means she is often asked to be their regular housekeeper, providing consistency and promoting independence all while bringing a little bit of company.
Gemma is our newest member of staff and she is the bubbliest person we know! Guaranteed to brighten even the darkest of days means she is a hit with our older customers, but Gemma’s talents don’t end there! Her high standards, methodical working practices and efficiency put her in high demand for any commercial or holiday accommodation settings. Like the rest of the team, her ability to adjust the cleaning techniques to the setting, makes her a unique and formidable woman.
Louise has been working for us for 10 years and she is a woman of many talents, not only is she a housekeeper but she works in the laundry and as admin support in the office. Louise is a reliable and studious member of staff regardless of what cleaning she is undertaking and because of this she is able to work across all areas and settings of the business.
Sandra has worked for us for 5 years, Sandra is our go-to housekeeper for deep cleans. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and has been to some of the worst cleans we have ever seen ranging from hoarders cleans to cleans following a death. Sandra’s meticulous cleaning has made her particularly popular with our letting agents and landlords.
Trish has worked for us for 18 months, she also forms part of the Hull team. Trish is always smiling and happy and never complains, making her a pleasure for our customers to deal with. Trish is more than happy to provide cleaning to any setting and particularly enjoys the satisfaction that comes with a deep clean.
