A thorough domestic cleaning service covering bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, cobwebs, vacuuming, mopping and windows

Landlord/Tenancy End

A full clean of all areas ensuring your property is ready for inspection by either the landlord, or prospective tenants.

Commercial & Offices

Covering the toilet and kitchen areas, wiping down of desks and surfaces. Vacuuming, emptying of bins, windows and skirting boards

Holiday Accomadation

Strip and re-make beds. Fold and present towels. Dust, vacuum and remove cobwebs. Clean and polish bathroomsm and kitchens. Consumable items, laundry service

Laundry Service

We are able to cope with large amounts of laundry ranging from holiday accommodations to hairdressers to domestic loads. Our prices for wash and dry are £20.20 + VAT per load.

Carpet & Upholstery

Our team of skilled professionals employs industry-leading techniques and products to remove stains, dirt, and allergens, leaving your carpets and upholstery looking as good as new.

FAQ’s

1. Who will clean my premises?

Our cleaning teams are reference checked, uniformed, polite, reliable and trained to work efficiently.

2. How will the staff know what work needs doing?

Your clean will be scheduled in our calendar and we book your slot in accordance with the number of hours of cleaning you request (this will receive guidance from our office team). All we need is for you to leave a list of cleaning tasks in order of priority. Our staff will then undertake the cleaning according to your list and carry out as many of the tasks as possible in the allotted time.

3. What days/times will my office/home be cleaned?

We try to be as flexible as possible and do our utmost to accommodate your requests, but generally our staff work weekdays between 9am and 3pm.

4. How do I pay?

We request that payment is made on the day (unless by prior arrangement). We accept cash, bank transfers, PayPal, and card payments over the telephone.

5. Are you insured?

Yes, we have full public and employers’ liability insurance.

6. Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?

Our team of cleaning staff will bring all of the products and equipment. However, if you require a specific product to be used, the staff are happy to do this, we just need the product to be in its original container showing the full instructions for use and health and safety information.

7. What about pets?

The majority of our staff have pets of their own and are used to working around animals. However, you know your pets best, so if you feel there may be a chance that they become upset or distressed whilst the cleaning is undertaken, we request they be temporarily moved to a room that the staff will not go into.

8. What if I need to cancel one of my cleaning visits?

There are occasions when a clean needs to be cancelled, such as holidays and illness. All we ask is that you give us the correct notice to cancel the clean. Notice periods can be found in our terms and conditions.

9. Do I need to be at home?

No, we are key holders. Customers’ keys are given a unique identification and kept in our key safes. Our business premises are alarmed and we have security cameras in constant operation. Our staff are also happy to disarm and reset any alarm systems you have in your home.

10. Which areas do you cover?

Our office is based in Beverley but we also cover Hull and all of the surrounding villages.
